A list of download links for programs you will need to successfully download and view the anime:

Just click the name to get the download link

According to Wikipedia this is "The Combined Community Codec Pack, more commonly referred to as the CCCP, is a filter pack for Microsoft Windows designed originally for the playback of anime fansubs." Basically, it's a set of codecs that allows one to play .mkv filetypes and softsubs. It also gives you 2 extra media players (Media Player Classic is the best in my opinion) to help you enjoy your viewing experience.

An oh-so-useful program that allows you to split large files (mostly used here on HD anime movies) into bite-size chunks allowing for easier sharing of files. If you have downloaded any of the large movies from here, then you will require this to put most of them back together. Getfansub.com is rather partial to this program.

Very useful program used for archiving and unpacking files to and from the .rar format. Simply right click the file you want and press 'Extract here' to extract or 'Add to archive' to compress. If a file has been split, but NOT by File Splitter and Joiner 3.3 (it should be obvious by the appendix of the file i.e .rar or .001 e.t.c) then you will need to join them together using Winrar.

A download manager that works with .dlc files, allowing one to queue the download links for entire anime series! Rather helpful.

Admittedly, you don't actually NEED this program, but if any of this sites pages are blocked by a school network filter, or whatever, then you can use this to view them. It's just a simple proxy.

Note: I wouldn't recommend trying to download anything with this in use, as chances are, it's connection speed is slower than yours.
